NCCAOM PDA Provider ACHB 231
With over 25 years of teaching experience at the university level
combined with a unique ability to integrate various acupuncture
disciplines, Dave Wurzel through The Chi Farm is now offering a series
of seminars for practitioners and students. These courses, all providing
NCCAOM PDA credits, are offered on a variety of pertinent topics that
can be used to support your clients and help build your practice.
Throughout his teaching tenure, Dave has developed several key
principles from which he is offering these seminars:
• Learning should be through self-discovery and not rote memorization.
The more the student integrates practices and techniques into his or her
skill set, the less he or she will have to rely on reference sources
• For the busy acupuncture practitioner to be most effective, seminars
should reflect on how to learn from the patient what he or she needs
using the four inspections.
• Thus, while a variety of skills and techniques will be taught,
cookbook techniques will be discouraged.
• Attendees will walk away from each seminar with a new skill set that
can be applied immediately to their patient populations.
Seminars will be scheduled regularly in the metropolitan Baltimore area.
Check back here often for updated schedules and seminar offerings.
Acupuncture associations and schools are also welcome to sponsor these
seminars in their geographical regions.
