Insurance:

A growing number of insurance companies will reimburse for acupuncture treatments as will many flex spending programs. Consult your insurer or human resources department for the terms of coverage on your policy. The Chi Farm can provide receipts for your treatments with treatment and procedure codes.

Payment methods:

I accept checks, cash and credit cards. Payment for services is expected at the time of treatment.

Confidentiality:

Patient confidentiality as required by state and federal law is maintained at all times.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before treatment or a cancellation charge may be assessed.
